All rugs are handmade and made by individual artisans, colours and design motifs may slightly vary depending on the hands of the dyer and weaver that made your rug.

Delivery Information

A handtufted rug takes around 6 weeks to be made and delivered from the date of order.
A handknotted rug may take anywhere around 1-4 months to be made and delivered, depending upon the complexity, knot count and size of the rug.

Returns & Refunds

All sales final, unless the rug is undelivered.
